Visa Stamping in Matamoros with Initial stamping in Vancouver in 2013

Hello Friends,
I am planning to go for H1B Visa Stamping in Matamoros for my 2nd H1B Visa Extension. I got my first visa stamped in Vancouver in 2013 and this is my second H1B . I also got my I-140 Approved. Will there be any kind of issues with this kind of issues .

I have booked an Consular Appointment in Matamoros on March 17th and finger prints on Mach 16th .

Please Let me know if i will have any kind of issues with visa interview and also if any one is having interview during the same time frame.
