H1B transfer to new employer while current in amendment

Hi,
I`m currently with Employer IBM, and had filed to change from client A to B , and amendment is in progress.

Would it be possible for me to transfer my H1B to another employer say Accenture , or would it be wise to wait till the amendment has been approved.

Any advise on this would be helpful.
