GUYS!!
I have a situation here, Please help.
I got my H1 Stamp in May 2001 for 2 years i.e. till April 04but never used that till October 2003 when I first came here in NY. I didnt get the project till Feb 04 and so employer didnt file my W2 or anything so I dont have W2 for 2003.
Also now my extension was send by this employer on March 19th for which i have no reciept no record. This employer never gave me my extension papers which were approved in July
I moved to company B in September 2004 and since then I am getting all my papers and W2s
Now, I want to visit India with my wife, Whats the possiblity of getting a stamp with no paper showing my stay legal for those 6 months i.e. April 04 to September 04
Another point is i dont have same amount in my 2004 W2 which was specified by Employer A
