Need clarification on H1 to F2 to H1

Hi Friends,

Its Urgent...need your inputs on below query.

I have selected on 2014 H1B lottery and visa stamping also finished on Sep 2014 but never traveled and visa got expired as company applied visa for one year. Now my wife is planning to do her MS and is it possible for me to enter into US on F2 and change my status back to H1B?
