H1B re-stamping without having travelled to the US at least once after transfer?
Hi Friends.
I need your advise on an issue.
Actually i have a valid H1B visa stamped under company 'A' till 2017 December. Now company 'A' is not responding to my emails. I have never travelled to United states.
I am planning t transfer to another company 'B' now while staying in India.Do i again need to go to Visa stamping ?
Also one of the managers of Company 'B' wants me to go to US on company 'A' visa and then planning to transfer my H1B imediately the day i landed in US.
If you could reply me that would be helpful for me.
