New H1b petition for L1B and L2 visa holder while L1B amendment and extension in proc

Hi,
I am working in US with Employer A on L1B Visa individual petition. My L1B visa (already extended once) and i94 will expired on Jan 2017 (Which can be extended further for 1.5 years to reclaim the time I was out of USA)
Currently my company name changed from A to B and corresponding L1B amendment along with extension is about to be filed from my A/B company.
Also I am going for H1B sponsorship this year from C company, so there is a high chance that L1B amendment & extension from B Company (which was named as A earlier) being filed at the same time when my H1B application from C company is also in process.

Now there could be following situation:
option#1 My L1B visa amendment got approved 1st followed by my H1 B visa petition
Question#1 Can it cause any trouble ?

option#2 My H1B visa petition got approved 1st followed by my L1 B amendment
Question#2 Can it cause any trouble to my approved H1 B petition as per “Last Action Rule” ?

Also my wife is on L2 EAD and I am about to file H1 visa also for her under D company, but for my L1B amendment I need to fill her I-539 and G-28 form as well.
Question#3 Can it cause any trouble to my wife H1 B petition as well ?

The safest option is to get L1B Amendment & extension filed in premium processing but that is not in my hand (Decided by B Company).

Please help me getting the answers to above questions.

Is your H1 being planned to be applied as COS or as consular process?
