Hi,
I am currently on I-140 approved from my current company (say company A). My last H1 was for 3 years as I had my I-140 approved which is about to expire in Nov 2016.
If company B now transfers my H1, will I get the new H1 also fr 3 Yrs based on my Company A I-140 approval
or
Will my new transferred H1 will be only until Nov 2016 as that was my earlier H1 limit?
My Idea is, if I get the H1 transferred by the new company which would be valid for 3 years, i can then get my Labor filed and 140 approved within the next 3 years time frame from the new company B
