H4 stamping - For the recent H1 Transfer

Hi ,

My husband is in US currently. He recently got his H1B COS from L1B. He has his updated I-797 and updated I-94.
So, immediately after transfer approval, he has resigned his L1 job. It has been 2 weeks he joined the new company on H1 visa.

My question is: I am in India and Can I go for H4 stamping now ? Is it too early to go for H4 stamping? What are the chances of getting a H4 query?
Will this query impact H1 in any way if I get any query? What is the right time to go for H4 stamping?
