Upgrade masters degree on H1B

I have an MCS (Master in Computer Science, 3+2 years) degree from India and was directly hired by an US employer on H1B around 3 years ago.

What are my options to easily upgrade my India degree to a reputed US degree such as MS or MBA while I continue to work on H1B?

My goal is to upgrade my degree as quickly as possible, please advise, thanks in advance!
