Visa stamping in India after H1B transfer

Hello,

I'm currently working in the US and have an H1B visa which is valid till Jun2016. It's due for an extension of 3 years.
I'm planning to change my employer from A(current) to a new employer B and then apply for a new I797 using Premium Processing.

My questions:
1.If I visit India after I get a hard copy of my new I797 from employer B while am in the US and then go to US consulate at Mumbai for my visa stamping,could there be any issues in stamping please?

2.Also,how many paystubs would be required for the stamping purpose?At the time of stamping in Mumbai, I may or may not have paystub from my employer B.So can I show my paystubs from employer A incase they ask for it?

1. As long as you have the requisite documentation, I dont see any issues.
2. You need not show pay stubs from B as you havent yet joined them.
