    question on maximum stay in US on H1b visa

    I'd travelled to US in 2007 on H1 visa and stayed for 2.5yrs and went back to India. Now again I've travelled to US on new H1b in 2015.
    Will I be getting full duration of 6yrs for my new H1b visa or will my previous stay on old H1b of 2.5yrs will be taken into account.
