Hi,

My company had applied my L1 B visa in 2015 for which i got an RFE and then a denial in Oct' 2015.

After that i applied for B2 visa as my sister and brother stay in US and we had a family get together in May 2016. I applied for B2 visa in March 2016 for which i got a rejection based on "could not prove strong ties".

Now my company has also applied for my H1B visa this year (2016), in case i get through the lottery will the rejections for L1 and B2 impact my H1b visa approval.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!.

I dont think the past rejections would have any bearing as long as your H1 credentials and eligibility look strong. In my opinion both L1 and B1 were rejected for different reasons.

By ensuring you have H1 filed with genuine employers who have proper defined work for you. Also make sure you carry all h1 related documentation : https://www.immihelp.com/h1-visa-stamping-documents/. Also Client letter, SOW/MSA are also important if it is for an end client.
