    Can I get a RFE for my h1b Visa application?

    hi,

    I have applied for a transfer from h4 visa to h1 B visa this year (Apr 2016), and my I 94 has admit until date as 12 sept 2016 however my H4 visa is valid till Aug 2017. Also my husband's I 797 petition is extended from 12 sept 2016 to Aug 2017.

    Can my case get an RFE?
