H1B Petition was extended with Incorrect Date
Hello,
I have received my H1B visa petition update last week and found some gaps in the visa allocation dates.
My visa expired on 30th Sep 2015 & I94 was valid till 10th Oct 2015 but my extension petition shows from it was valid from 14th March 2016 to 15 March 2017.Visa is not covered from Oct 01st/11th 2015 to 14th Mar 2016.
I have visited India in Mar 2014 only Departure details was updated but arrival details was not updated/reflected on i94.cbp.dhs.gov site.
Is that duration not covered will be considered as illegal stay in USA and Please suggest the process of getting corrected my latest entry(Apr 2014) details & correcting the visa extension details on my new petition.
