Hi Friends,
I have gone through many websites and many threads and the answer for "I have a valid H1b visa and I changed my employer now visiting to my home country do I need to go for stamping again?"
There is lot of confusion where few will suggest to go for stamping and few will say it is not required.
I spoke with many attorneys in US and all are saying it is not required but when I call US consulate in India they simply say it is required and they will direct to their own website/FAQ section.
My question - Is there any case so far, where you haven't gone for stamping after changing the employer and when you travel back to US they haven't allowed you at POE (port of entry)?
If so, what is the % of risk we can expect?
Appreciate the response.
Regards,
RASR
