Travel on H4 to US when H1B is filed with USCIS

Hi,

My name is Sonam. I am currently working with an Indian IT company. It has filed H1B visa for me this year for FY 2017.
My husband is currently in US on H1B. Both of us are working for the same Indian company. I am planning to travel to US on H4 for 3 months from 1st June to 30th August 2016 by taking sabbatical leave.
I wanted to know if I can travel to US on H4 knowing that my H1B is also filed? Will it have any negative implications on my H1B?

My plan is to go there for 3 months, come back to India and based on the H1B result, will again travel after October when my company will send me.

Technically there should not be any issue but not sure if it is going to bring any adverse affect to H1B.
Check with you company's immigration team for better suggestion.

I dont see any issue in travelling to US on an H4 when an H1 application is pending. h1 should not be impacted due to this.
