Hi,
I have my extension petition approved till Aug’16 (same for I-94), meanwhile due to correction in approved petition, an Amendment has been filed in Sep’15 which is still in progress (not sure why it is taking such a huge time for processing). I have a question regarding the stay. Can I stay till Aug’16 OR only 240 days from the Amendment filed date(Sep’15)?.
