    Promotion (Became manager) after 3 years of I-140 approval

    Hello all,

    I got my i-140 approved in 2013 and have priority date of Feb 2013. Recently, I got promoted to be manager in the team, and have direct reports now. I have not discussed yet the details with the company attorney, can you please let me know how this process works?
