Hi,
I never been to USA. I filed my H1B in 2015 and got approved Petition of 1 year (i.e. till 21st Oct, 2016) by my employer. Stamping is also completed.
Now My client and location has been changed so I have to file new amendment (HA1). Below are few queries:
1. Can I go to USA with old petition and stay at my employer location (Not the client location) for time being till that time my amendment got submitted and approved?
2. As my earlier petition is valid till 21st Oct, 2016 only, Can I raise H1B extention being at India only or I have to go to USA and then only it is possible?
3. can I raise both extention and Amendment simoultaneously?
