After entering US, the employer A informs their criteria have changed and they cant employ me. Fortunately, I find another one, employer B. However their internal processes take 2 months before their attorney is ready to file.
No paystubs.
Can I leave and comeback with old H1(name of employer A) which is still valid + new petition (employer B)?
Do I have to get new h1b visa sticker? I want to avoid this.
