I am currently in H1B Visa with valid I797 Petition until September 2018.
My wife was working in L1B Visa valid until February 2016.
I applied COS from L1 to H4 for my wife and still it is pending with USCIS. She stopped working from December 2015.
Now, I am in the process of H1B transfer to a new employer. What should I do for my wife COS application? Will my new employer need to take care of anything or do I need to file new COS? I want her to be in H4 status.
