H4 application recd 1 day after I94 expiry
Hello,
My I40 was approved a month ago along with a 3 year H1B extension until 2019 in March 2015.
But My employer missed to file an extension for my wife. The I94 expiry date was 4/9(Saturday). The H4 extension documents were mailed out on 4/8(Friday) but received by USCIS only on 4/10(Monday). Is this considered out of status for one day?
