    H1 transfer before Oct

    My H1 was picked up in the lottery on 4/18 applied by company A. I have received a better opportunity at company B but Company B is saying that I can begin working for them but the transfer can only be done after the H1 begins in Oct. Is there any way to get the H1 transferred before Oct?
