My spouse is planning to apply for H4 visa coming month, We have some doubts while filling DS160 application form, mainly on Primary applicant - Petition number
My current I797 Petition is valid until 9/22/2016 and i recently got my H1B extension approved Petition which is valid from 9/23/2016 - 9/22/2019.
I would like to know which Petition number i would require to fill in the DS160 application form. I have currently filled the form with my current Petition number( valid until 09/22/2016). Will my spouse be able to give the newly approved Petition to USCIS officer so she would be able to get a Visa for 3 years.
