DS160 for H1B
Hi
I had a US visa in 2008 but i did not a chance to travel to US and visa got expired on 2010 and left my old company.
I joined in a new company and they have processed B1 visa but it got rejected, at the same time they put a stamp on my US visa with " Cancelled without Prejudice".
later my new company filed a new H1B petition and it got approved in 2016.
Now in DS 160 form what i have to select the option for this question "Has your U.S. visa ever been cancelled or revoked?" (Yes/No) and asking for explanation.
Is this explanation is OK " we expected a project during that time but unfortunately we did not get it". Pl. let me know the answer and explanation.
