Need help - One H1B petition denied and another approved

I'm from India. Have few questions on H-1B. My current situation at brief:
My previous Employer had filed H1B petitions for me, two times. One in 2012 (P'12) and other in 2013 (P'13).
P'12 Case:
1. P'12 is rejected.
2. Denial reason states that "Multiple H-1B petitions" and quotes the other petition number.
P'13 case:
1. P'13, filed in consecutive year, went into RFE and then approved.
2. P'13 is filed only for 1 year
3. I left that Employer in Jun'14. Recently, when I checked P'13 case status on USCIS website, it states "On 'X' date, 2014, we revoked the approval of your case"
Queries:
1. If I can find a H-1B sponsor, can we use P'13 under H-1B cap exemption?
2. If yes to query-1, for how long is P'13 valid? i.e till when, I can use it under cap exemption
3. Will P'12 create any problem, when P'13 is used?
