I am a physician in US on H1B and an approved I-140 petition with a priority date in 2012. I'm considering marrying an Indian citizen, currently residing and working in Canada with a Canadian permanent residency.
What would be the best way to get H4 and EAD for her?
Where should we plan to get married - India, US or Canada?
PS: I recently changed employer and my previous employer wrote they will not withdraw or revoke my I-140 petition.
