Hi,
I am on H1 visa in USA and my husband will be joining me on H4 visa.....
He has H4 interview at Chennai consulate next week.... He finsihed his studies in London and is presently in India and not working...I need help regarding the form DS-156 form..... in the ' how long do you intend to stay' should the answer be till the end of my H1?
also, in the 'Present Occupation' section.... is it okay to write 'None' since he is not presently working... or should it say - 'Not employed - software engineer' or something like that...also, is there any chance that he will be rejected as a potential immigrant since even he is highly educated?
Any help in this is appreciated...
Thanks,
Swathi
