Hello Expert's,
I have my H1B Visa getting expired in another 4 months and i am planning to apply for extension along with my child's H4 Visa extension. I have my child's passport expiring in another 7 months. Which option should i chose from below ?
1. Should i apply for new passport for my child and later apply for extension ?
2. Should i go for visa extension and later go for my child's passport extension ? If yes, will visa be provided only until last date of my child's passport expiry date ?
3. Should i apply for my visa extension alone now and we have option's to apply for my child's visa extension later after getting new passport ? I need to pay more lawyer fee's, if i do so.
