My H1B I-94 is expiring in Feb-2017 but I-797 expiring in mid may-2016. My current company A filed extension in normal processing and employer B has offered me a job and ready to transfer my visa. Now question is as employer B didn't start the transfer process and I-797 expiring soon, do you think it is a problem if the B apply extension and transfer process after I-797 expiry even though I have a valid I-94? What happens if employer A gets RFE and B is still in processing? Do you think it will cause problem?
