My H1B petition is approved and I have to initiate stamping. However, I am planning to take my 6 months old son along with me. I still need to endorse Spouse name in my passport.
My queries:
1. Can i endorse my spouse name in my passport without changing my address (my passport has my parent's address)
2. Can I take passport for my son with my husband's address? Is it must that the addresses in mine and my son's passport should be same if I take him with me?
3. If I need to change my address, can I do it now as my petition is already approved based on my current passport
4. I need to submit my amendment as I changed my client within my organization. Will that be questioned during my stamping or POE?
