Hello All
Hi I am a physician working in the US for last 6 years and currently in the 6th year of H1B. I already have an approved I-140 under national waiver interest(physician of exceptional ability EB2 category).
I am starting a training program on July 1st and my future employer has filed for my H1B for my 7th year with premium processing.
I wish to travel outside US and have a valid H1B to enter back.
I have 2 questions -
1.I wanted to ask if my H1B is approved before my date of reentry into US will it be alright to travel outside US during the processing or to wait till it is approved.
2.My current medical license is from Illinois valid till 2017 , but my future employer has filed from Massachusetts. Do you anticipate any problems in H1B approval.
