    H1B Expired Without travel and planning to quit the current employer

    Hi,

    I got my H1B visa stamped on 5-feb-2015 and it got expired on 7-oct-15 without travelling to USA.My sponser was Employer x. Now am planning to quit the company.
    Is this petition valid with the new employer?
    what is the procedure to obtain H1b again with the new employer?
