Hello All,
My wife obtained her H4 visa(Employer A)and still in India. In the meantime I have changed my employer(from employer A to employer B) and the new employer(B) applied for H1B Transfer.
Could you please let me know whether my wife/kid needs to get their H4 visa RE-STAMPED everytime I change my employer/H1B transfer to the new employer etc?
Also do I need to get my H1B Visa RE-STAMPED incase if I want to visit India few weeks?
