Can someone give us clear idea
Our situation is like this.. My husband was working in US, his visa expired and so he has applied for H1B extension. He traveled back to India last month.. Once his visa is approved, he is planning to take me and my son back to US.
My question is:
1.can we apply H4 for me and my son now or should we wait till he gets visa extension approval ?
2.my son is 8month old, is there any special consideration to be taken care of?
