221 (g) - Damaged Passport

Hi All

My H1B Visa got rejected citing 'damaged passport' at the Chennai consulate. I have been asked to submit my app by drop box now ith a new passport. My quuestion is

a) Do I need to send the 4600 DD yet again with my app. or the 2300 DD is enough?

b) All my certificates/ documents were checked at the time of interview. Do I need to submit them again?

VO did not make the above 2 clear and I also lost out on asking him. Would somebody have the info please?

no need to submit one more Rs4600 DD, if u are already submitted

I believe u need to submit the documents which were asked in 221(g)...Read carefully and drop them in the dropbox.
I think u dont need to submit one more 4600 DD. only 2300 DD is enough.
