H1B transfer - not yet travelled

I have a valid H1B with my current employer and VISA stamping is also done. I am not finding any opportunities with my current employer.
I have contacted a consultancy who are willing to transfer my H1B.
i) Should i need to go for another stamping if I get the transfer done?
ii) Will I have any issue at POE?

1. Though recommended, not really required.
2. Depends upon the kind of documentation provided by the consultancy.

Be careful of consultancies, many provide high hopes of finding you a project, paying you on bench etc etc, but actually dont deliver while on ground. Do your due diligence before commiting to any such employer.
