Drop box or schedule for a interview H4?

Myself - Primary application - H1 -B visa expired on June 2015
Dependent H4 visa expired on Feb 2015.


May 2016 I'm planning to make a trip to India and get visa stamping also. As my visa expires within last 12 months so I'm eligible for drop box option. How dependent visa will be handled? visa expiration exceeds 12 months so is it a drop box along with my paper? or I have to schedule an interview for them separately?

please do share your experience on this. Guide me on it.
