Hi,
I am in a situation and would like to have some information on that. Currently I am on H1B with Employer A and will be moving to a new location due to project requirement. Employer A will be filing a regular amendment for me. Now I also received a good offer from employer B and they would file my H1B petition in premium and I am expecting that to be with me before my amendment from Employer A gets approved.
My questions:
1.) Can amendment and H1B petition go in parallel?
2.) Will I still be able to continue working with Employer B after I get the approved amendment from employer A and will this impact my status in USA.
3.) Is there a way that I can get the amendment from employer A cancelled once I get the H1B petition filed by employer B and will this cancellation impact my status
4.) Is this scenario where I have approved amendment and H1B, will this impact my stamping in India.
