    Filed H1 under L1 Status, before H1 was approved moved to F1 status

    HI,

    When I filed for H1 I was on L1-b status with Visa Validity till 2017. I have applied for Change of status to F1 Visa. I got selected in the lottery for H1.
    - will I get my change of status from F1 to H1?
    - Do I need to maintain my L1 Status till H1b is approved and COS to H1 is in effect?
    What if I have to leave the country?
