H1B Extension & DUI

Hi,

Since i have a valid I-140 my company filed application for my H1B renewal even after 6 years. But Day be fore yesterday i got a citation fro DUI and i got a court summon for Aug 27. This is my first DUI/offense. I have travel plans once i get the H1B renewal in 2-3 weeks. Can i travel - any thoughts?
