hello,
I have an offer from the company xxx where i was working for that xxx company from the past 1 and half years with employees around 25 members. we were developing in- house projects.
But thing is US company has got 2 employees and are to expand.for that i got the offer letter and i am going for visa on april 20th.i would like to know whether Will the company size affect the H1 Stamping in chennai Consulate.
Since now a days Visa stamping is so tough i just want to know whether people are getting H1-B Visa Stamped for such small companies also.
Can someone confirm if they got Visa stamped with such smallcompanies of this size.
if i attend visa what kind of questions may i expect.
