    Please advice me

    Hi,

    I have a H1B visa and i want to transfer to another employer. What all the doc's i need to provide?

    How long do i need to be working in U.S to file a transfer?

    I think i need to provide the last 2 months payslips, must the paysubs be as per U.S salary rate? or can i provide the payslips which shows indian salary rates?
