H1B Extension - RFE

Received RFE for my H1B extension from USCIS yesterday. I am 2.5 months away from 6 year window. I140 was approved in Feb 2016 (EB2). RFE indicated that my title in H1B extension is different (Lead Consultant) is different from my GC (Senior Consultant). My title changed about a year back but the role/responsibility remained the same.

Can anyone suggest what should be the next steps to address this situation?
AC21? Withdraw H1B and Refile H1B?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
