Hi All,
Me and my husband are in US since last 8 years on H1B. My daughter 8 years old was till last October on H4 visa on my H1b. After my company applied for my h1b and my daughter's h4 extention, I decided to take a break from work and so moved to H4 on my husband's H1b. So we got my h1b extention application cancelled. In all this we completely forgot to file for our daughter's h4 extention separately. We just realized it when we started to plan to go to India for summer break. Should we just go to India and go for stamping with my husband's h1b documents or should we go to USCIS office and seek their advice here before leaving US?
