H4 visa third attempt

Hi

My Wife and son are attending for H4 visa in March 3 rd time they had not given visa saying 'your husband has low income you will come under public charge ' and they gave 212(A) 4 form . which means we have to take new appointment, this happened last year , this year my wife and son atteding last time my wife,daughter and son attended,this time only 2 persons are attending, I am sending last 6 months pay stubs and 6 months Bank statements along with employer letter giving explanation my wages are low last year, I spent 3 months in India.present w2 is 40k.
what else I have to send? if any one you or your friends experinced similar situation pls share your experinces here.

You need to write a letter which explains your low income during past (giving reasons) as well as explain about your current earnings and convince that your
financial situation is good enough now! Also provide supporting docs for your letter like paystubs, w2. If you dont think you can write a good letter, you can take the help of your company or a attornry.

Hi,
You will need to get a strong supporting letter from your spouse's employer that the scope of growth and earniong potentials for you in the company are good and that you position is permanent with the. This is apart from the other mandatory documents for H1B. And it is strongly suggested that all the dependants go for the interview. Afterall dependants have a right to join their spouse in the US.

And most important is your spouse should be able to talk and convince the consular officer. She should know all the details of your time-line in the US.

Hi thanks for all your suggestions,

The VO officer agreed to give H4 Visa to my Wife and son . Surprisingly the VO asked to send my daughters's passport to give VISA, he said no need to take appointment , and pay Rs 4000/- DD, Just asked to send all 3 possports ( my wife ,son and daughter) Rs 2300/- DD , DS156 FORM for my daughter through VFS dropbox.we sent them through dropbox.

The VO not asked much , but checked all my paystubs, W-2 and bank statements for 20 min.while checking photos he asked , who is this girl, my wife replied she is my daughter, then he asked where is she now? my wife replied last time VO not satisfied with wages and said not suffiecient to support for 4 members so this time we have not taken appoinment for her, then VO again checked another 10 min went inside to consult senior person, then came back and agreed to give VISA for all of them

Now we are waitng for passports.
Quetion is howlong it will take to receive stamped passports?
