Dependent visa

Need an information on dependent visa.


Currently I am working to X company on H1B visa and my wife dependent visa got approved on the same X company, who is still in India.....

Most probably I am expecting my wife to be here in U.S by July 2016.

Before that I am planning to change my company from X to Y and my H1B visa will be transferred to Y company.

In that case, whether my wife can travel with the visa which has been stamped with X company

or

She has to get the visa stamped with a Y company again ... ??

Till when is her visa valid ? That is, what is the expiry date of her H4 in the passport? Also, is the transfer to Y being planned to be filed as premium or normal processing?
