H1B transfer with only one payslip

I got my H1B approved on Dec 2015 and came to US on Apr 2016.

For the first month i.e April month I did not have my payslip but for this month i.e May I am going to get my payslip. Can I initiate my H1B transfer with another full time employer?

After the H1B transfer started do I need any kind of help/information from old employer which is not going be provided?

USCIS is very strict these days. You need to have 3 pay stubs, to initiate a successful transfer.

Submit your resignation with your current employer only after receiving the New I-797 from Employer B.

Don't submit your resignation based on the receipt notice, that is not your approval.
