Error in spelling of name in Receipt Notice H1

Hi,

My application was selected in the lottery and my sponsor sent me the copy of the Receipt Notice.
Unfortunately the spelling of my name in the receipt is not correct.
Can you please tell me how i can get this corrected?
I live in india. And my sponsor is very busy to get it corrected.

Your sponsor has to contact their attorney to get it corrected.If it is USCIS mistake they would correct it for free, if your sponsor/attorney/your mistake, a fee will be charged.
