Can H4 EAD be expedited on job offer

Hi

I have a job offer from company A (contract for big multinational). My h4 EAD has been filed a month back and no news about it.

I would like to know how I can expedite the H4 EAD process? I have learnt that a service order can be raised with USCIS? And mention extreme financial situation for the employee.

How many days have passed since EAD was applied?
